How I work

Put procurement context next to the innovation team.

What the part costs to make, which supplier can hold the tolerance, where the lead time really goes. Next to the people building the future, the outcomes change. That is an operating model shift, and it is a change management story before it is a technology story.

Two ways to work together

Fixed scope, or fractional.

Everything else is a version of one of those two. Start anywhere. Stop anywhere.

Fixed scope

A defined piece of work, with a start and an end.

01 Find the Friction Half day. Where your hours actually go, ranked, on a list your team wrote. Plenty of engagements stop here. How the workshop runs →
02 Diagnostic and launch Two to four weeks. The friction list with numbers behind it, whether your data can carry what you are being sold, and the first move costed.
03 Media and speaking Stage, studio, or panel. A working operator with current numbers, not a consultant describing operators. One-pager →

Fractional

A seat in your business rather than a project, sized to what you actually need.

01 Procurement consult Monthly. Contract review, risk, and which AI pitch on your desk is real. Most people start here.
02 AI strategic partner Multi-month. I own the build with you: approval-gated agents on your procurement data, the foundations under them, and the change management that makes anyone use it. Built narrow, tested beside your team, priced to run, then handed over or stopped on purpose.
03 Fractional leadership Two to three days a week. Categories, suppliers, and cost outcomes, owned like a direct hire.

Whatever the format, the content is the same: Tier-1 procurement discipline, applied at a scale where it is not standard yet.

By invitation

The AI Incubator. A small group of operators inside mid-size manufacturers making AI work on real procurement data. Not a newsletter, not a vendor showcase. What it is, and what it is not →

I take on a small number of engagements at a time, so each one gets an operator’s attention rather than an advisor’s.

Not sure which one?

Fifteen minutes, no deck. Describe the problem and I will tell you which it is, including if the answer is none of them.
